Day Twenty – Runnymede and Windsor

Today we started our trip going to Runnymede. We saw the burial site of John F. Kennedy which was on an acre of US Soil and the site of where the Magna Carta was signed. We also saw the 12 ‘Jurors’ chairs which signified the 800th year of the Magna Carta.

Today we went to Windsor Castle and the journey was good as it didn’t take too long. We took a tour around the castle with an audio guide that explained the history of the castle. We also went to the chapel, where we saw the burial site of Queen Elizabeth Il, and Henry the VIll is also located there. After visiting Windsor Castle we had two hours of free time to visit the city of Windsor. In conclusion, the journey was fantastic and I had a really good time with my friends.
