ISCA 2016 Fourth On Campus Day
The trend of good weather continued today for our fourth on campus day. The students had a choice of sports in the morning session, giving them a chance to learn and practice more of the sport they have most enjoyed from the previous sessions. These included football, hockey, tennis, squash, fives and rugby with footgolf and ‘bavarian spider wrestling’ also on offer. The sunshine continued into the afternoon as the students hunted around the campus for clues in the Charter House challenge. Once the puzzles were solved we enjoyed dramatic performances integrating the words found on the clues; the roles included BAFTA award winning performances of cows and mountains, it goes without saying that there was a great entertainment value. This evening the students enjoyed another engaging lecture by Matthew on Canterbury, where we will be visiting on Monday, and an intense staff vs student football match. In the mean time, we look forward to visiting Wimbledon and Hampton Court Palace tomorrow.
