Day Eleven – Bath and Stonehenge

At 6:45am the kids emerged bleary eyed and unsure about the early start but excited for the long day ahead. After breakfast we got onto the coach and headed for the ancient city of Bath.

The students had an opportunity to tour the ancient Roman bath house and learn about the lives of British people almost 2000 years ago. The children weren’t allowed to wash in the baths but hopefully they’ve learnt a thing or two about keeping clean! Also in Bath we participated in a photo challenge where we got to see the amazing architectural features that Bath has to offer.

Our final stop of the day was to the prehistoric wonder of the world that is Stonehenge. The photo opportunities were endless at the amazing site and many of the students enjoyed an ice cream to finish off a great day!
